HaruSync account and data deletion request

HaruSync users can request deletion of their account and related data through the app or by email.

How to request deletion

Instead of collecting requests through a web form, this page provides the in-app path and the responsible contact email.

In the app

You can request deletion in the HaruSync app by going to Profile Settings > Delete Account.

By email

Click the button below to send a deletion request via email. Including the email address used for your HaruSync account helps us verify and process the request.

Data that will be deleted

  • Account information
  • Profile information
  • Planner, goal, schedule, task, memo, and diary data
  • Shared planner-related data linked to the account
  • Uploaded images or attachment data

Data that may be retained

  • Minimum data required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or payment record verification
  • Anonymized co-created or shared records required for service integrity, dispute handling, or security
  • Retention reasons and periods follow the Privacy Policy.

Processing timeline

After confirming the request, we process it within a reasonably prompt period.
